Rick brings 40 years of construction experience to project management, trade coordination and site delivery. His background includes overseeing trades and costs on commercial and industrial projects, managing a lake-house build from start to completion, framing work for Homes by Avi, and carpentry and cabinetmaking in Victoria, British Columbia. He leads construction cost planning and trade cost control, working with Craig on the overall project budget. He coordinates trades, work sequencing, drywall and cabinetry, construction inspections and quality checks.
